Functional Medicine Approach

Contrary to the traditional (allopathic) approach that excels at short-term symptom suppression and emergency medicine, Functional Medicine is a personalized and integrative approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of disease rather than just treating symptoms.

Simply put, it is an approach that excels at long-term health promotion by optimizing the whole human – strengthening the body, balancing hormones and neurotransmitters,

 

It considers factors like genetics, environment, lifestyle, and biochemistry to develop a tailored treatment plan.

Complex Systems Design Approach

The graphic below outlines the most meaningful elements that contribute to Deep Health. We don’t ‘dip our toes’ in transformation. This is not a rep counting service, nor like any personal training program in existence. We are the first fitness coaching company to use a complex systems design approach – the same approach creating life-changing technology advances in other industries–and apply it to radically accelerate health, fitness, and optimum wellness.

Coaching Approach vs. The “Expert” Approach

A coaching approach is superior because it focuses on partnering with you to uncover your own solutions and set personalized health goals. Unlike the expert approach, which may provide an excellent plan but with no guidance on how to execute it, coaching emphasizes empowerment and self-discovery. It actively involves you in the process, helping you build sustainable habits and make lasting changes tailored to your unique needs. With coaching, you gain the skills and confidence to take charge of your health, leading to more meaningful and long-term results.
